It starts with your personal account manager working with you to build your vision with clarity of scope and budget. If a consult is needed with the craftsmen, we do it. Finally, we provide detailed estimates that put competitors to shame.
Frequent Communication
Your renovation shouldn’t happen in the dark. We review your budget, scope, and implementation plan before sign-off. Once started, you will receive weekly updates and be given a direct line to your project manager.
Speedy Resolutions
Your project manager reviews work at initiation, mid-way, and upon initial completion, for further inspection & management, while staying available for any unexpected issues or concerns. If anything deviates from your expectations, we work together to review options and find the right way to move forward.
